So what exactly does L.E.A.D. do?
We develop Ambassadors! Through our signature year round programming, we are developing civically engaged, college bound student-athletes who we fondly call Ambassadors.
What makes our programming so special?
It’s the country’s first instructional play program format focusing on developing inner city talent for college play. All L.E.A.D. programming is built on the foundation of our 4 Pillars of Excellence in:
- Athletics: All programming follows a curriculum derived from the AT-BATS™ Methodology created and developed by L.E.A.D.’s founder and CEO, C.J. Stewart
- Education: All student-athletes must earn and maintain a “C” average or above
- Community Service/Civic Engagement: All student-athletes must participate in L.E.A.D. sponsored community service and civic engagement activities
- Exposure: All student athletes are provided with unique exposure opportunities that expand their outlook on life and the possibilities for their future
How much does L.E.A.D. cost?
By committing to L.E.A.D.‘s Four Pillars of Excellence, inner city youth and their families earn the opportunity to be a member of L.E.A.D. The currency we exchange is servant leadership and excellence.
